Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Robin provides strategic and tactical leadership as well as day-to-day oversight of finance activities with a focus on process improvements and systems optimization.

With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit finance and administration, Robin brings a deep understanding of financial stewardship, compliance, and sustainable growth in mission-driven environments. Prior to joining the Partnership Project, she held senior finance roles at Democracy Fund, WeAchieve, and Corus International, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, managed day-to-day finance activities, and implemented systems that improved transparency and accountability.

Robin is known for building collaborative cross-functional relationships, guiding strategic planning with data-driven insights, and aligning resources with impact. She holds degrees in Accounting and Business Information Systems from Stevenson University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
