Careers
The Partnership Project supports big change and a diverse approach to climate solutions, and we believe that this meaningful work begins with a sustainable, progressive and equitable work environment.
Partnership Project celebrates diversity and is committed to building teams and partnerships that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills. Partnership Project is also committed to providing an environment of mutual respect that is free from discrimination and harassment.
Partnership Project prohibits discrimination in its governance, programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, reprisal, marital status, amnesty, status as a covered veteran, because all or part of an individual’s income is derived from public assistance or for any other non-merit based factor.
Our goal is for a work experience that has meaning and impact on the world and on our professional lives, and a workplace where you can feel supported and proud.
Diverse perspectives, experiences and ideas are required to address the needs of an environment that is home to us all.
The Partnership Project is an anti-racist organization. We are committed to justice in the work we do and the way we do it. We know that getting this right is critical for us to live our organization’s core values: equity, integrity, service, and innovation.
We recognize that historically, services like ours were mostly shared with those already in-the-know — which led to well-resourced, nationally-focused projects benefiting the most from our work. We’re dedicated to changing that. In order to help create an environmental movement that is more diverse, inclusive, and equitable, we must acknowledge the systemic issues that have disproportionately affected marginalized communities.
