Peter Fontana (he/him)

Director, Innovation Hub

Peter is a market research, analytics, and data strategy specialist with experience across non-profit marketing, for-profit advertising, electoral work, and renewable energy. As Director of the Innovation Hub at the Partnership Project he serves in a consultative and coordination role for data strategy across the environmental community. Together they foster data collaboration and insights-led solutions to innovate on common challenges.

With degrees in Communication Studies (B.A., The College of New Jersey) and Integrated Marketing Communication (M.A. Emerson College), Peter continues his education through an always-learning approach to his work, periodic teaching, and contributions to collegiate textbooks. Most recently he completed NYU’s Clean Start program, adding experience in energy analytics. He originally joined the environmental movement as a Climate Leader with Vice President Gore’s Climate Reality Project.

Peter is passionate about renewable energy and the adoption of sustainable solutions by fitting user behavior and human needs. He will nerd out over the latest innovations such as solar windows, distributed energy resources, and the sales cycle of ground source heat pumps. Peter resides with his family in the Lower Hudson Valley in New York.
