Training Associate
The Climate Advocacy Lab is looking for a full-time (32 hours/week) Training Associate who will play a key role in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Lab’s training programs – supporting the design, logistics, and facilitation of engaging, research-informed learning experiences that reflect the latest insights in climate advocacy and adult learning. They will contribute to the creation, maintenance, implementation, and evaluation of the training program, with a strong focus on translating what works in climate campaigns into impactful learning for the Lab community. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong facilitation, communication, and training skills, especially if you are passionate about skill building within the environmental justice movement.
