People Operations Coordinator
The Partnership Project seeks a People Operations Coordinator to add to our growing team. The People Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day work of the People Operations department through scheduling, coordination, administration and data input. The People Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of People Operations and supports all projects and initiatives that come from the People Operations teams in the areas of compliance, benefits administration, employee experience, recruitment, employee life cycle, and payroll. The People Operations Coordinator ensures the efficiency and accuracy of the People Operations team and initiatives through the support they provide.
