Climate Advocacy Lab Co-Director

The Climate Advocacy Lab seeks a thoughtful, creative, and dynamic Co-Director to help guide the nation’s largest climate movement resource network at a critical moment for collective action, in close partnership and collaboration with the Lab’s current Interim Executive Director, Carina Barnett-Loro. The Co-Directors will share responsibility for the Lab’s vision and strategy; align programs to plan for and respond to climate movement needs; and work with the Lab’s fiscal sponsor, Advisory Board, and funder collaborative to ensure financial and operational health of the organization. The Co-Directors will also work together to supervise and support the Lab’s current 10-person team, cultivating a joyful team culture grounded in mutual support, accountability, and learning.
